We serve as willing vessels for the Lord and the advancement of the Kingdom through our local church. Serving is a privilege and the call of every believer.

CORE Team Descriptions:

LAST LOOKS TEAM The Last Looks Team is responsible for the final walkthrough of all indoor and outdoor areas to ensure every detail meets the highest standard of excellence. This team carefully inspects the grounds, spaces, and setups, making final adjustments as needed to ensure everything is polished, presentable, and gathering-ready before disciples arrive.

LOGISTICS TEAM Our Logistics Team is a vital part of the 2819 experience. They play a critical role in the operations of our Sunday gatherings and major events. This team consists of the Parking Lot Team, the Shuttle Drivers, and the Ushers.

USHERS TEAM No struggles to find a seat or tissue - Our ushers create a hospitable environment for our attendees and guests while providing care and keeping order during Sunday gatherings. The Ushers are a sub-team of our Logistics Team.

PARKING LOT TEAM Our Parking Lot Team services and directs all attendees and guests to ensure a memorable experience upon arrival and a safe departure from our Gathering location. The Parking Lot team is a sub-team of our Logistics Team.

REFRESH TEAM At 2819, we believe excellence honors God—and the Refresh Team lives that out in every detail. This behind-the-scenes crew helps create a clean, welcoming environment that sets the stage for life-changing moments. From spotless restrooms to refreshed lobbies, they reflect care, intentionality, and the love of Christ. If you love practical service done with excellence, the Refresh Team is for you!

THE STATION The official replenishment team for our servant leader CORE - members of this team enhance Sunday mornings for our servant leaders by providing meals, refreshments, and a comfortable atmosphere for our CORE teams to regroup and build community, before and between our Gatherings.

GUEST RELATIONS We bring the love and excitement to our guests. From a high five to a hug, we love people. We are responsible for disarming our guests before walking into the gatherings. Guest Relations consists of two teams: The Welcome Team and On The Line!

ON THE LINE The “On The Line” team transforms the waiting period before the gathering into an inspirational experience. We turn The Line into a powerful testimony of hope, fun, and community. If you are the life of the party and love people. Join us as we make the wait worthwhile.

GROWTH TRACK The 2819 Growth Track team connects our attendees and disciples to the church, the CORE, and helps foster community.

FORMATION KIDS This impactful children’s ministry provides children an opportunity to discover Christ and grow in discipleship in a fun, safe, and loving environment. This team encompasses a passionate group of directors and teachers who pour into our future leaders and multiply young disciples.

PRODUCTION TEAM The unseen heroes in black - Our Productions Team ensures that our Sunday Gatherings, live stream, and post-production are excellent and engaging in quality by providing the lighting, sound, and technical creative elements that aid in fostering an impactful worship experience on site and online.

THE PRAYER TEAM Our Prayer Team is a passionate, growing group of trained intercessors dedicated to prayer for everything 2819 specific. In addition, they pray over weekly prayer focuses, cover our Pastor & Leading Lady, our entire church family, pray before our doors open on Sunday mornings, and offer individual prayers for our attendees and guests at the conclusion of every gathering as needed.

VISION CASTERS The Vision Casters of 2819 Church are responsible for conveying to the masses what’s scheduled for our family in the near future. They are also responsible for ensuring our Digital Disciples feel included in the gathering by preparing them for worship. They pray over every part of the digital experience, and we ensure we carry our Pastor's heart across the camera.

2819 WORSHIP This dynamic music ministry of 2819 Church leads us in weekly transcendent encounters with God. As a member of our worship team, you will engage in vertical transformative worship, grow in vocal and musical skills, and empower others through powerful worship experiences. Onboarding to this team requires an additional application process, including auditions.

CREATIVE TEAM As the Creative Team, the way that we support the mission and vision of 2819 Church through what we call ‘Gospel Storytelling’. Gospel Storytelling is how we, through the medium of social media, visually communicate what Jesus is doing in and through our church, from the powerful worship to the proclamation of God’s word, discipleship, outreach, and community. We are always growing to create new and better designs, concepts, and creative content, hoping to make a godly impact on our church, our city, and the world. If you are a creative person and would love to get involved in graphic design, photography, videography, film editing, or content creation, they look forward to having you on the team!

CORE Support Looking to make a difference behind the scenes? If ministry is a vehicle, administration is the oil that keeps all the moving parts running smoothly and effectively. This high-capacity team is a vital component of 2819 Church, working directly with our servant leaders, staff, and leadership team to facilitate all aspects of our church's vision. They help maintain organizational flow, guide intra-team communications, ensure the success of ministry projects, and run the systematized features and channels of everything behind the scenes. In addition to overseeing systemized processes, CORE Support also assists with servant-leader check-ins and provides key logistical support. A unique and essential part of this team is our CORE ROAMERS — dedicated men who walk the campus during the gathering to ensure everything is in order and create a smooth, welcoming experience for all.

EVENTS TEAM Have an eye for decorative themes, setups, and event flows? Our events team creatively builds community and fellowship by coordinating, planning, designing, setting up, providing hospitality, and executing church-wide socials and events.

OUTREACH TEAM: Community service is one of our core values and a primary focus at 2819 Church. Our outreach team serves creatively and administratively to mobilize the men, women, and children of 2819 through ongoing, high-impact outreach initiatives. Our outreach team curates and facilitates outreach events, onboards volunteers, and builds and maintains our partnerships with Atlanta-based outreach organizations.

STREET TEAM Invite. Impact. Impart. Our Street Team strategically engages various locations in metro Atlanta to interact with community residents, personally invite people to our Gatherings, and share the Gospel message of hope on the streets. Members of this team need nothing more than a heart for those far away from God and a desire to see new brothers and sisters reached and grafted into our spiritual family.
